The Literacy Series featured sessions addressing different aspects of literacy whihc emerged from a needs assessment process: (1) low general literacy skills both in English and in other primary languages and its impact on effective provider and client commuincations and (2) limited health literacy skills, particularly with HIV related medical terminology and regimens.
