CNYHSA is a private non-profit entity organized for the purpose of providing effective health planning and development in Central New York. Its vision is “to address and promote community health improvement, access to affordable health care, information-sharing, education and advocacy." CNYHSA is supported by consultation and technical assistance partnerships, grants, and contracts with community and provider organizations, businesses, and local and state government.
