CON Actions/Pending Projects
HomeCNYHSA encourages public comment on Certificate of Need (CON) proposals submitted by Central New York area health care providers. Comments received by the agency will be forwarded to the NY State Health Department in Albany as part of its public input in determining the need for new services, facilities, and major equipment.
