Central New York HIV Care Network invites you, your family, friends, neighbors – even your dog – to raise funds or Persons Infected with HIV/AIDS Quality Life programming. All monies designated to CNYHSA will support our Community HIV/AIDS Partners. The annual Syracuse Festival of Races includes a Community Walk that provides the opportunity for local nonprofit organization to raise funds in support of their programs and services. The Community Walk begins and ends at Syracuse University’s Manley Field House, corner of Comstock and E. Colvin. The self-pacing 3K course is fun and not at all demanding. Central New York Community HIV/AIDS Partners is an initiative of the Central New York HIV Care Network to support quality of life programming for Persons Living with HIV/AIDS that is not eligible for federal or state funding. Proceeds are shared equally among the Community HIV/AIDS Partners. Your participation in the Community Walk supports these activities while increasing the visibility of community response to HIV/AIDS in Central New York. |
