In a letter to the editor, CNYHSA Executive Director Tim Bobo outlines planning issues to be addressed in Upstate Medical University's acquisition of Community General Hospital, including development of the services integration model, configuration of beds and services, regional teaching implications, and the proposed Upstate-Van Duyn affiliation.
